By creating an account or using Storycom, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
👤 Your account
•You are responsible for keeping your password secure
•You must be at least 13 years old to use Storycom
•One person, one account — don't create multiple accounts to manipulate votes
✍️ Content you create
•You retain ownership of the content you write and images you upload
•By posting on Storycom, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of the platform
•Other users may build upon your story contributions as part of the collaborative writing process — this is the core purpose of the platform
•Uploaded images must not violate copyright or contain illegal content
•You can request removal of your content by contacting us
⚠️ Acceptable use
Don't use Storycom to:
•Post illegal content
•Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
•Spam or post repetitive/low-effort content to manipulate the platform
•Impersonate other people
•Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service
•Upload inappropriate, explicit, or illegal images
•Use bots or automated tools to create content or votes without disclosure
🔨 Moderation
•We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
•We may suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly violate the rules
•Moderation decisions are at our discretion
🗳️ Voting
•Each user gets one vote per active segment
•Vote manipulation (multiple accounts, coordinated voting) is prohibited
•The winning continuation is determined automatically by vote count
📡 Availability
•Storycom is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime or availability
•We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
•We are not liable for any loss of content or data
🔄 Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Storycom after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
